Tagalog for Kids/Parents
Spring 2024 Session 2
Week of May 7th - Week of June 18th
- Learn together as a team!
- Parent and child will use child’s curriculum
- Though the class is called Parent/Child, other adults like a grandparents, uncles, aunts, adult siblings, and guardians are welcome to accompany your child in class!
*If you would like to add another child to the class, kindly send an email to info@tagalogkids.org before registering.
Time & Dates
- Classes from May 7th through June 24th
(May 21st-27th off in observance of Memorial Day) - 30-minute weekly classes
- Class options available every day of the week
- 6 weeks per session
Pricing
- Only $11 per class for each pair
- Discount available for each additional enrolled sibling upon request*
- Opting out of the discount request is a great way to support our organization’s cause. Any amount of help is greatly appreciated!
*Additional sibling must be enrolled in a kids class or an adult class.

Intro to Tagalog Class Overview
- Self-introduction and basic greetings
- Filipino alphabet (ABAKADA) and examples for each letter
- Counting numbers
- Members of the family and the verb punta
- Parts of a house and the verb linis
- Game review
Team Levels
All new students start at Level 1. If you have previous Tagalog experience, you may take a placement test to determine your level.

Dates: March 12th through April 29th (March 26th-April 1st off in observance of Easter/Holy Week)
